Mixture of kousa fruits and apples. An interesting tang but slightly sweeter than kousa alone. We grow all our own kousa fruits on the farm. They are raised totally organically with no chemicals or pesticides used at all. The apples come from the local organic apple dealer, one of the only ones in our state.
